I like Open Office. The ability to save files to PDF as well as the drawing and rotating features are great.

On the other hand, I still use Office 2000...lol, but love that with all the clipart on CD

I think you undersell the real value of Open Office. Our compny has been using it for 4 years with no problems, no difficulties and still we have not used all the available features.Reading and Microsoft Office suite is a breeze - even powerpoint. I'm downloading version 3 this weekend.
